Savannah is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Savannah follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great gym good equipment and I have yet to see if packed.

Front desk staff is always nice to me when I would go. The atmosphere is pretty laid back and quiet. They keep the equipment clean, as well as the whole building.

The gym itself if very nice but the staff is very unaccommodating and rude. One front desk lady is always giving me sass. Hell, she wouldn't let me use the restroom if I wasn't an active student or buy a pass I would need an active student for.

The space is nice, and has most of what one needs. Could use more functional equipment and fewer useless machines, tho. Most everyone is nice, even the kids who yield unsolicited (incorrect) advice regarding training, whilst recording themselves curling in a squat rack, going on hour 3 of their daily 'programming' based on TikTok likes... But I digress. All in all, a decent place.

Decent number of cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. Friendly staff at the entrance. Good group workout classes with a great variety during the school year. Locker rooms with showers if needed.
